We have designed, patented and manufactured the safety rated Omega Rail Lifting System to safely land car, suspend car and/or hoisting procedures. Made to perform under the most demanding conditions in elevator hoistways. Each product is put in a fixture and is hand built to ensure quality & accurate line up of components for ease of operation and installation. Each of our rated lifting products are designed for the highest levels of hoistway safety standards. All products are made in the U.S.A. in our facility.
Special Features:
- Safety rated 3,000 lbs per assembly for a combined working load limit of 6,000 lbs
- Dual function design with large top support surface, rigid hold downs for attachment of hoisting beam and bottom lifting pin with free floating shackle for attachment of rigging
- Hinging back bar to hold assembly securely in place for drilling two 1/2″ mounting holes through drill guides
- Unique hinging design deep seats assembly into omega rail for superior strength
- All steel construction with Grade 8 hardware
- High visibility safety yellow
