Warranty Disclaimer: Warranty will only cover material and/or workmanship for a period of one year. Advance Welding Service Inc. will repair and/or replace any defective item during the one year warranty period. Advance Welding Service Inc. has the right to determine whether or not the warranty is due to improper use of product and/or improper application for which the product is intended for. The user assumes all liabilities and/or risks in connection with the use of this product. In no event shall Advance Welding Service Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products. Advance Welding Service Inc. shall not be liable for any unauthorized claims or representations made by purchaser nor for any damages resulting from such claims or representations. Advance Welding Service Inc. liability in all events is limited to, & shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability. User assumes all risks & liabilities in connection with the use for which this product is intended for. This warranty applies only to products purchased from Advance Welding Service Inc. or its authorized dealers and distributors holding a valid, signed written agreement. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including any buyers who resell without an explicit written contract are not covered by any warranty.

Authorized End-Use, Warranty, and Liability Restriction:

All products purchased from Advance Welding Service Inc. are strictly for the Purchaser’s internal use and are not authorized for resale, lease, or redistribution to any third party.

Warranty Restriction:

Product warranties are strictly non-transferable. Any unauthorized resale or redistribution immediately voids all warranties, express or implied. Advance Welding Service Inc. provides zero warranty support to downstream users.

Limitation of Liability:

Advance Welding Serivce Inc. disclaims all liability for personal injury, property damage, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from the use of products obtained through unauthorized resale channels. The original purchaser agrees to indemnify Advance Welding Service Inc. against any third-party claims arising from unauthorized resale.
